Wagyu inside skirt is extremely flavorful, and is generally impossible to find. We have a very limited supply, each box is 10 lbs minimum. For the best results, try marinating for 2-3 hours in your favorite liquid marinade and grill over high flame for 1-2 minutes per side, then let rest off the flame for 5 minutes to guarantee medium rare temp and a good crust. Slice AGAINST the grain and enjoy.
